Free access for PHN Commissioned Mental Health Services
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has funded free interpreting services for PHN-commissioned mental health services until June 2028.
Approved PHN-funded mental health service providers can use TIS National’s interpreting services for free.
How to register
To access TIS National, commissioned service providers must get a TIS National client code. To get a TIS National client code, register here.

Access for Allied Health Professionals
The Access to Interpreting Service for Allied Health Professionals Program is funded and administered by CESPHN for eligible allied health professionals working within the region. Interpreting services are delivered by the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) National.
Private allied health professionals who register in the program are provided access to interpreting services from TIS National at no cost. Allied health professionals are encouraged to consider phone interpreting as the first point of interpreting, particularly for all mild to moderate interpreting needs.
